The service was excellent from the start. CHRIS was very prompt to come out to the home for an evaluation and was very professional and courteous. He actually listens to your requirements and preferences. We are very pleased with how quickly the job was completed. The quality of the material and workmanship was fantastic and I'm glad that Chris and his team helped us with the insurance process and made sure that the insurance is doing its job. Thankful!

It was a great experience working with Built to Last, especially Chris Turcan. Chris worked up an revised estimate with other issues and submitted them to their supplemental department and worked with them and my insurance for approval of the new work. The roofers(Manuel) did a great job and were really professional in cleaning up. I would recommend the entire team and Chris leading the way!
